Policies

  • All sales are final. The items we sell are mainly vintage, accompanied with minor age-related wear (unless otherwise stated). Please take the time to read our descriptions, double check all measurements, and review all photos. Don't hesitate to reach out before a purchase if you have any additional questions. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. 
  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after an item leaves our facility, and we do not offer warranties. 
  • All prices on this website are listed in CAD. 
  • Shipping & delivery is not included in the purchase price. For large items, please reach out to us before purchasing a piece, and we'll provide you with a delivery quote. This will be based on the item's dimensions, weight, and delivery location. All delivery quotes are for curb-side delivery. 
  • We operate solely on an appointment-only basis. 
  • Worldwide shipping is only available on books, smaller collapsible items, and decor.
  • We do not hold or reserve items. Items are first come, first served. 
  • Items must be picked-up, or have shipping arrangements made within 10 days of purchase. If you require storage, please get in touch before purchasing a piece. Rates start at $30/weekly. 
  • If items are not picked up within 10 days, and/or no contact has been made in regards to picking up/delivering an item, we may consider it abandoned. The item will be re-listed, with no refund applied.
